English Review Packet
This packet contains all of the formatting requirements for essays, the different kinds of essays and what to include in them, English terminology, in-text citations, and grammatical expectations for students.
Socratic Seminar Packet
This packet contains all of the expectations and formatting requirements for a Socratic Seminar. Students are exhibiting both written and speaking Iowa Core Standards with this activity.
Informative Essay Rubric and Research Notes Graphic Organizer
The first attachment is a basic standard Informative Essay Rubric with the point values attached, as well as what the student needs to have within their essay. The second attachment is a graphic organizer to help students keep their research in one place, and make sure they get everything that needs to be included within a citation.
